Where we help

What we can help with

Start with a free consultation to see what can be done.

Negative patient reviews

One harsh review can sit at the top of your profile for months.

How we help: We review it against platform policies, request removal where it appears to break them, and draft replies that do not confirm anyone is a patient.

Privacy in every reply

A reply that confirms treatment details can create a privacy problem.

How we help: Every reply we draft avoids patient details and is approved by your staff before posting.

Your name in search results

Old articles or thin profiles can shape what patients see first.

How we help: We build and update accurate profiles and content so correct information is easier to find. Results vary.

How it works

Three simple steps

1

Free consultation

We look at what shows up for you and what can be done. The consultation is free.

2

Plan

Item by item: what can be requested, replied to or outranked.

3

You approve, we track

Nothing is sent or posted without your OK, and you see the status of every request.

How review sites check reviews

Each platform makes its own decisions. From their help pages:

Google

Google says new reviews go through automated checks of the review text, the reviewer's account and unusual activity at the place. Flagged reviews go to trained staff. Owners can report a review, but only reviews that break Google's policies are removed.

Yelp

Yelp says its recommendation software is fully automated. Reviews it does not recommend stay visible in a separate section but do not count toward the star rating or review count.

BBB

BBB says it validates the reviewer's email or phone, lets the business confirm the interaction and respond before the review is published, and does not accept anonymous or paid reviews. BBB also says it cannot guarantee any single review is accurate.

Questions

Can you remove any review?

No. We only request removal of reviews that appear to break the platform's own policy. The platform makes the final decision, so we can't guarantee any removal.

Will anything be posted without me?

No. Nothing is sent or posted without your OK, and your situation is discussed privately.

Do you post fake reviews or filter who gets asked?

No. We use platform, publisher and search engine processes only. No fake reviews, no review gating.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The consultation is free.

How long does it take?

It depends on the platform and how many items are involved. Each platform reviews requests on its own timeline. We'll tell you what we know on the call.
